D1o. 5692. APPROVAL OF CLAIb1S APdD ACCOUNTS.
„-. This the 11th day of August, A. D. 195'2, came on to be considered by the court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last term of this
court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should he voted on separate-
ly; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the
court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #l, be approved for payment;
that all claims and accounts filed against Road ?< Bridge #2, be approved forrayment, after
motion duly having been made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the
court; after motion having been duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously ap-
proved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridfre #p3, be approved
for payment; that all claims anr~ accounts filed against F.oad & Bridge #4, Kerrville-Ingram
Highway #27, and R -3c B RW FM #1338, be approved for payment, after motion having been duly made
by Guthrie, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; and that all claims and
accounts filed against the General Fund and Road Pr Bridge Fund of Kerr County be approved for
payment, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by
the court for said claims and accounts, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to
draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be
drawn on the respective funds, according to law.

No. 5693. RESOLUTION ON THE DEATH OF HENRY ECKSTEIN.
This the 11th day of August, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the re-
spect due Henry Eckstein, a former member of the Commissioners Court, who nassed from our pres-
ence on the 6th day of August, A. D. 1952, and in his honor this court feels that this body
should recess on this 11th day of August, 1952, from 1:00 o'clock to 5:00 o'clock P. N., as a
respect of his passing; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unan-
imously approved by the court, that this court should recess on this August 11th, 1952, from
1:00 o'clock to 5:00 o'clock P. M., as a respect to the death of our brother Commissioner,
Henry Eckstein.

seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed
against Road ~ Bridge #4, Road & Bridge #1 and the General Fund of Kerr County since the last
term of this court, be approved for payment. ,--.

No. 5697. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS BY THE SHERIFF.
This the 12th day of August, A. ~. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the report of
collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all fees and
mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month of
July, 1952, in the amount of X131.15, and it appearing to the court that the itemized report of
collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by the court:
therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the
court.

No. 5698. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF TAX ASSESSOR Ar.D COLLECTOR.
This the 12th day of August, A, n. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly expense re-
port of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of
July, A. ~. 1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of $640.28 incurred by hiN in the con-
duct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true
and correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded b,y Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein.

No. 5699• APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF COUNTY AGENT.
This the 12th day of August, A. D, 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Guy Powell, County Agent of T{err County, covering his services for the month of July,
1952, and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved; therefore by motion
duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court and ordered
filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

ly report of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury
fees collected in the District Clerk's Office of said County for the quarter ending July 31,
