APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS BY THE SHERIFF. This the 12th day of August, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the report of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month of July, 1952, in the amount of 3131.15, and it appearing to the court that the itemized r~sport of collecticns and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved b,y the court. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5698. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR. This the 12th day of August, A, n. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly expense re- port of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of July, A. n. 1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of '3640.28 incurred by hi*~ in the con- duct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by 1Nolter, seconded b,y Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5699. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF COUP]TY AGENT. This the 12th day of August, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the quarter- ly report of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury fees collected in the District Clerk's Office of said County for the quarter ending July 31, 1952, in the amount of 333.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County ~~ Treasurer; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously ap- proved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk. r- i -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5701. D. 1952 came on to be examined by the court, the monthly report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said county for the month ending July, 1952, in the amount of X199.45, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treas- urer, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and corr~et and should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimoulsy approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5703. APPROVAL OF MGNTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IN JUSTICE COURT, PRECINCT #1. This the 12th day of August, A. ^. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Kerr County, Texas, covering the month of July, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected showing a sum of X117.90 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of ~y1+.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made by Ieiclter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of °554.00 to Judge Storms to-wit: X18.00 payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund and ~36.Q0 out of the General Fund of Derr County, Texas. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5704, APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT~dILSON, PUBLIC WEIGHER, PRECINCT #1. This the 12th day of August, A. T`. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the month- ly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public GJeigher, Kerr County, Precinct #l, showing an aggregate of X108.51 collected for the month of July, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of Kerrville is entitled to the sum of !54.25, being one-half of the collections and deposits over ^';100.00; therefore by motion duly made by Molter seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of X54.25 against the General Fund to the ~... . ~ City of Kerrville for their pro rate share of collections and deposits over X100.00. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5705.
