month of July, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of X117.90 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of X5'4.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that Same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made
by Mclter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be

ly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Pleigher, Kerr County, Precinct
#l, showing an aggregate of 5108.51 collected for the month of July, 1952, and it appearing
to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City
of Kerrville is entitled to the sum of 54.25, being one-half of the collections and deposits
over X100.00; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to draw
voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of X4.25 against the General Fund to the
