showing a sum of X117.90 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of X54,00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made
by Niclter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of °654,00 to Judge

of Kerrville is entitled to the sum of !b4.25, being one-half of the collectio~as and deposits

No. 5707. ORDER AUTHO~'IZING AN APPT_ICATION FOR KERR COUNTY'S SURPLUS IA TERAL ROAD M:ONEv, IN
THE COUNTY AND ROAD DISTRICT HIGHWAY FUND.
This the 12th day of August, A. D. 195?, came on to be considered by the court that there
is approximately 317,662.50 surplus, in the County Road District Highway Fund at the end of
this fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of X9,829.29 due the Sinking Funds of Kerr
County's eligibh road bond issues, which amount will be sufficient to pay the entire county's
proportion of this indebtedness for the next fiscal year, and,
WHEREAS, it further appears that after retaining the sum of 39,829.29 by the State, there
is approximately 37,833.21 remaining to the credit of Kerr County in the Lateral Road Fund
which is available to Kerr County, to be used for the construction or improvement of the Kerr
County lateral roads.
ATO"~/ THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved
by the court, that Kerr County request of the Board of County and nistrict Road Indebtedness,
to forward said funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County; and it is further ordered that all of
the said funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by said :{err
County for the purpose of construction or improvement of Kerr County lateral roads; that the
County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to ieposit the amount of :37,833.21, or whatever
credit is due Kerr County, to the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund.
The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to prepare a certified copy of this order
and forward same to the Board of Count,- and District goad Indebtedness, 506 Highway &ailding,
Austin, Texas.
