This the 12th day of August, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of July, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of X29.60 colleted and deposited with the Counts Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of X12.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct; therefore
by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approve3 by the court and
the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X12.00 to Judge Pringle to-wit:
X4.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund and X8.00 out of the General Fund of {err County, Texas.

No. 5707. ORDER AUTHO''IZING AN APPLICATION FOR KERR COUPITY'S SURPLUS IA TERAL ROAD MONEv, IN
THE COUNTY AND ROAD DISTRICT HIGH'dAY FUND.
This the 12th day of August, A. D. 195?, cams on to be considered by the court that there
is approximately X17,662.50 surplus, in the County Road District Highway Fund at the end of
this fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of X9,829.29 due the Sinking Funds of Kerr
Corm ty's eligible road bond issues, which amount will be sufficient to pay the entire county's
proportion of this indebtedness for the next fiscal year., and,
WHEREAS, it further appears that after retaining the sum of X9,829.29 by the State, there
is approximately X7,833.21 remaining to the credit of Kerr County in the Lateral Road Fund
which is available to Kerr County, to be used for the construction or improvement of the Kerr
County lateral roads.
NO"~J THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved
by the court, that K<~rr County request of the Board of County and ^istrict Road Indebtedness,
to forward said funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County; and it is further ordered that all of
the said funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by said 'terr
County for the purpose of construction or improvement of Kerr County lateral roads; that the
County Treasurer be, anti is hereby directed to -ieposit the amount of y7,833.21, or whatever
credit is due Kerr County, to the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund.
The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to prepare a certified copy of this order
and forward same to the Board of County and District oad Indebtedness, 506 Highway Building,
Austin, Texas.
