This the 12th day of August, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Puce, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of July, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected
showing a sum of X29.60 c.1lActed and deposited with the Count, Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of X12.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct; therefore
by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court and
the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X12.00 to Judge Pringle to-wit:
X4.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund and $8.00 out of the General Fund of Derr County, Texas.

No. 5'707. ORDER AU"HO"IZING AN APPLICATION FOR KERR COUNTY'S SURPLUS 1A TERAL ROAD M('iNE'~, IN
TH1, COUNTY AND ROAD DISTRICT HIGHWAY FUND.
This the 12th day of August, A. D. 195?, came on to be considered by the court that there
is approximately X17,662.50 surplus, in the County Road District Highway Fund at the end of
this fiscal year, of which them will be a credit of X9,829.29 due the Sinking Funds of Kerr
County's eligible road bond issues, which amount will be sufficient to pay the entire county's
proportion of this indebtedness for the next fiscal year, and,
WHEREAS, it further appears that after retaining the sum of $9,829.29 by the State, there
is approximately X7,833.21 remaining to the credit of Kerr County in the Lateral Road Fund
which is available to Kerr County, to be used for the construction or improvement of the Kerr
County lateral roads.
ATO~J THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved
by the court, that Karr County request of the Board of County and ^istrict Road Indebtedness,
to forward said funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County; and it is further ordered that all of
the said funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by said '{err
County for the purpose of construction or improvement of ~Cerr County lateral roads; that the
County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of X7,833.21, or whatever
credit is due Kerr County, to the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund.
The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to prepare a certified copy of this order
and forward same to the Board of County and District goad Indebtedness, 506 Highway Building,
Ausrin, Texas.
