No. 5710. APPROVAL OF TABULARY STATEMENT OF COUNTY CLERK FOR 'QUARTER ENDING JULY 31, 1952.
This the ]2th day of August, A. P,. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the quarterly
tabulary statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk of Kerr ;;^ounty, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of ::{err County for the quarter ending July 31, 1952. It appearing
to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved by the court, there-
fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court
and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5711. APPROVAL OF A"ONTHLY EXPENSE T~EPORT OF COUNTY JUDGE.
This the 12th day of August, A. D. 1952 came on to be examined, the monithly report of
John R. Leavell, County Judge of Kerr Count~~, Texas for the month of July, 1952, showing an
actual and necessary expense of 1?501.20 incurred by him in the cr,n,9uct of his office during
said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expend-
itures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and
unanimously approved by the court.

No. 571+. REDUC'PION IN ALLOWANCE IN ='.E: MARY SHEPPARD, PAUPER.
This the 13th day of August, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the
allowance heretofore granted by the court in the amount of X100.00 payable to Mrs. B. H.
Maddox for the use and benefit of Iv'ary Sheppard. The court is of the opinion at this time
that the care and support of Nary Sheppard can be reduced to X50.00 per month, to begin at
the pay period of August 1+, 1952 and each month thereafter until further determined by the
court; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the
County Treasurer in amount of y50.00 payable to Mrs. B. H. Maddox to be used for the care and
r-	support of Mary	Sheppard,	payable against the General	Fund of	:{err County, fi-rst	payment to
	begin August 14,	1952 and	each month thereafter until	further	determined by t;he	court.
