D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the del- inquent payments in the aggregate of $1,000.00 to the City of Kerrville under original Order No. 3008, dated July 10, 19i+i+ wherein Kerr County directed the payment of $500.00 Per annum payable 3300.00 out of Poad & Bridge Precinct #1 and $100.00 each out of Road & Bridge Precinc #2 and //4. Wherefore, the court is desirous of .paying the City of Kerrville the proportionate amount due annually for the years 1951 and 1952 out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County instead of the respective Commissioners Precincts; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, ~i, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the City of Kerrville out of the Road & Bridge Fund for fire protection to cover the 1951 and 1952 delinquent pay- ment due the City of Kerrville and being in further accordance with Order #3008 of the Comm- issioners Court Minutes of this County. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5717. APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN AMOUNT OF $1200,00. This the 13th day of August, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court, the claim of Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital for the county!s one-half of expenses for indigent patients from April 1, 1951 to November 1, 1951 inclusive. It appearing to the court that on March 12, 1952, an amount of $1200.00 was allowed at this time for tha county's one-half of the ex- penses for indigent patients to cover an additional amount due by Kerr County for the period from April 1, 1951 to November 1, 1951, inclusive.
