PAYMENT OF X1,000.00 TO THE ERECTION OF THE DAM BEHIND THE BLUE BONNET HOTEL. This the 8th day of September, A. D, 1952, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be directed to draw a voucher in favor of the Louise Hays Park Committee oŁ the City of Kerrville in the amount of $1,000.00, payable out of the Flood Control Fund of Kerr County, -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5737. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS. This the 8th day of September, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by i;he court, the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts s9~nce the last term of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on separately; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously ap- proved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #1, be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #2, be approved for pay- ment, after motion duly having been made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3, be approved for payment, after motion duly having been made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and unan- imously approved by the court that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #4 and Road & Bridge R W Fd. FM 1338, be approved for payments that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund and Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County be approved for payment, there- fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against; the County Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn on the respective funds, according to law. -o-o-o-o- No. 5738. This the 8th day of September, A, D, 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month- ly report of Alma Hancock, County Rome Demonstration Agent of Kerr County, Texas, covering her services for the month of August, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded ~1' Guthrie and unanimously ap- proved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5740. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED ZN JUSTICE COURT, PRECINCT #2. This the 8th day of September, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the, month- ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the month of August, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments and jury fees collected showing a sum of X50.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of $36.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be ap- proved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of J636,00 to Judge Pringle to-wit: $12.00 payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund and X24.00 payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5741. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS BY THE SHERIFF. This the 8th day of September, A, D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the re- port of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month of August, 1952, in the amount of X142.49, and it appearing to the court that the itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and un- animously approved by the court. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5742. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR. This the 8th day of September, A, D, 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly expense report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of August, A, D. 1952, showing an actual and necessary expense cf $655.88 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein, -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5743.
