month of August, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments and jury fees colle>eted
showing a sum of X50.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling hico to
a fee of X36.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
offlcer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made
by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that said report lie ap-
proved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $36.00 to Judge

lected showing a sum of X96.55 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling
him to a fee of $45,00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct,

monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, .Kerr County, Pre-
cinct #1, showing and aggregate of X140.55 collected for the month of August, 1952, and it ap-
pearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the
City of Kerrville is entitled to the sum of X20.27, being one-half of the collections and de-
posits over X100.00; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Gutlhrie and unanim-
ously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerli~ be directed to
draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of X20,27 against the General Fund to
the City of Kerrville for their pro rata share of collections and deposits over $100.00
