This the 8th day of September, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by t',he court, the
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, :Kerr County, Pre-
cinct #1, showing and aggregate of $140.55 collected for the month of August, 1952, and it ap-
pearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the
City of Kerrville is entitled to the sum of $20.27, being one-half of the collections and de-
posits over $100.00; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanim-
ously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerl~ be directed to
draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of $20.27 against the General Fund to
the City of Kerrville for their pro rata share of collections and deposits over $100.00

claim of A, G, Rodgers for moving and rebuilding fence and yard along Highway No. 27, and it
appearing to the court that such labor and materials amount to $908,12, it is reasonable and
just and that said claim should be allowed; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher in the amount
of aC908,12 payable out of the Kv-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund to A, G, Rodgers, for
reimbursement for his moving and rebuilding the yard and fence along Righway #27, in full and
