No. 5749, FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT WITH A. G. RODGERS FOR MOVING AND REBUILDING FENCE ADfD YARD
ALONG HIGHWAY #27.
This the 8th day of September, A. D, 1952, came on to be considered by the courts t;he
claim of A. G. Rodgers for moving and rebuilding fence and yard along Highway No. 27, and it
appearing to the court that such labor and materials amount to $908,12, it is reasonable and
just and that said claim should be allowed; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher in the amount
of ~G908.12 payable out of the Kv-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund to A. G, Rodgers, for
reimbursement for his moving and rebuilding the yard and fence along Highway #27, in full and
final settlement thereof.

This the 8th day of September, A, D, 1952 after motion having been made by Goff, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be hereby directed to transfer the sum of ~65~000.00 from Road & Bridge Fund to Kerrville.-Ingram
Hoad & Bridge Hight of Way Highway #27 Fund and the sum of $1,000.00 from Road & Bridge Fund
to Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund FM#1338.

No. 5751. APPORTIONMENT OF $32,000.00 OUT OF ROAD & BRIDGE FUND.
This the 8th day of September, ti. D, 1952, after motion having been made by Goff, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby direct-
ed to apportion v~32,000.00 out of Road & Hridge Fund to the commissioners Precincts as follows,
