After motion having been duly made by riolter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved
~I by the court, that all claims filed against Road & Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2 and Road & Bridge
#4, be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund since
the last term of this court, be approved for payment, therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court for such claims, payable out of the
respective funds.

This the 12th day of September, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the item-
ized monthly report and tax receipts of E, H, >vichols, `Tax Assessor & Collector, for the month
of July, 1952, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State and County collected
by him during said month, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to his examination
of said report and stubs and as to the correctness as to names, dates and amounts on each, and
it appearing to the court that said report together with tax receipt stubs, filed herein, are
correct; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved
by the court, as audited by the County Clerk,

This the 12th day of September, A, D, 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the
monthly report of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendere and
jury fees collected in the District Clerk's Cffice of said County for the month of August,
1952, in the amount of X12.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
treasurer; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

application of E, H, Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for a second advance-
went from Kerr County of ~G600,00 to apply on his 1952 County Tax Assessor's Commissions. And
it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be
paid to him out of the R & B Fund of Kerr County, Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell,
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that Nichols be advanced the sum
of JG600,00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby
authorized to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in like amount.
