After motion having been duly made by riolter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved

#4, be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund since
the last term of this court, be approved for payment, therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court for such claims, payable out of the
respective funds.

This the 12th day of September, A. D, 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the item-
ized monthly report and tax receipts of E, H, Tvichols, Tax Assessor & Collector, for the month
of July, 1952, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State and County collected
by him during said month, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to his examination
of said report and stubs and as to the correctness as to names, dates and amounts on each, and
it appearing to the court that said report together with tax receipt stubs, filed herein, are
^.. correct; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved
by the court, as audited by the County Clerk,

No. 5756, APPROVAL OF' MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED BY DISTRICT
CLERK FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, 1952.
This the 12th day of September, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the
monthly report of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendere and
jury fees collected in the District Clerk's Office of said County for the month of August,
1952, in the amount of J612.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
treasurer; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5757. APPLICATION BY TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR FOR SECOND ADVANCEI~NT ON 1952 ASSESSING
COMMISSIONS.
This the 12th day of September, A, D, 1952, came on to be considered by the Court the
application of E, H, Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for a second advance-
ment from Kerr County of X600,00 to apply on his 1952 County Tax Assessor's Commissions. And
it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be
paid to him out of the R & B Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell,
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that Nichols be advanced the sum
of ~G600.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby
authorized to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in like amount.

was carried, that all claims filed by Goff against Road & Bridge #4 and Kerrville-ingram Road
and Bridge Fund highway #27, for labor, be approved for payment, payable out of the respective
funds.

No. 5761, APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF HARRY E. CRATE IN AMOUNT OF' X200,00 FOR COMPILING COUNTY BUDGET.
This the 13th day of September, A, D, 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the
claim in the amount of X200.00 presented by Harry E, Crate, Deputy Tax Collector, for services
performed by he and the County Treasurer for compiling 1953 County Budget, and it appearing to ,.-,
the court that said claim should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Guthrie and the vote being called with Commissioner Molter being absent, the vote was carried
and the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher in amount of X200,00 payable to Harry E, Crate
out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas in Re: Compiling 1953 County Budget,

No. 5762. APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORT OF STATE AND COUNTY TAXES COLLECTED BY TAX ASSESSOR AND
COLLECTOR.
This the 19th day of September, A. D, 1952, came on to be presented to the court by E,
H, Nidlols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, Texas, an annual report of all State
and County taxes collected including delinquents, errors in assessments and supplemental assess-
ments of property owners of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 195~I. After examination thereof,
the court feels that said report should be examined and approved; therefore by motion duly
made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the annual re-
port of County and State taxes collected, including the delinquents, errors in assessments and
supplemental assessments thereof, by affixing their signatures thereon.

No. 5763. APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORT OF DELINQUENT AND SOLVENT TAX PAYERS.
This the 13th day of September, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court, by E.
H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, the 1952 Annual report of delinquent and solvent tax
payers of Kerr County, and after thorough examination thereof, the court is of the opinion that
same should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, that
said report should be approved, the vote having been carried, the motion carried with Goff
voting against their approval, so signifying by executing said report.
