This the 12th day of September, A, D, 1952, came on to be considered by the Court the application of E, H, Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for a second advance- ment from Kerr County of X600,00 to apply on his 1952 County Tax Assessor's Commissions. And it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be paid to him out of the R & B Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that Nichols be advanced the sum of ~G600.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in like amount. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5758. APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORT OF STATE AND COUNTY TAXES COLLECTED BY TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR. This the 19th day of September, A. D, 1952, came on to be presented to the court by E, H, Nidlols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, Texas, an annual report of all State and County taxes collected including delinquents, errors in assessments and supplemental assess- ments of property owners of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 195~I. After examination thereof, the court feels that said report should be examined and approved; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the annual re- port of County and State taxes collected, including the delinquents, errors in assessments and supplemental assessments thereof, by affixing their signatures thereon. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5763. APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORT OF DELINQUENT AND SOLVENT TAX PAYERS. This the 13th day of September, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court, by E. H.
