'this the 24th day of Septembers A, D, 1952 came on to be examined by the court the
annual report of County School Funds for scholastic year ending August 31, 19~52~ for the State
Department of Education, prepared by Chas. Schreiner Bank (Uninc.) County Depository of school
funds, and it appearing to the court after thorough examination, that same should be approved
as verified by the County Superintendents Jno. R. Leavell; therefore by motion duly made by
Goff seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, and as verified and audited
by the County Superintendent; and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to forward
a copy of said report to the State Department of Public Educations Austin, Texas and to the
Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas.

PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF TEXAS
No. 41-664
TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME:
BE IT KNOWN THAT I, Allan Shivers, Governor of the State of Texas, do hereby order a
General Election to be held throughout the State of Texas on TUESDAY NEXT AFTER THE FIRST MON-
DAY IN NOVEMBER, A. D. 1952, same being the FOURTH DAY OF NOVEMBER, A. D, 1952; and notice
thereof is hereby given to the people as required by Article 24, Chapter 4, cf the Election
Code of Texas (Article 4,01 Vernon's Annotated Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas);
and the County Judge of each county is directed to cause said election to be held at each
precinct in the county at such time and for the following purposes:
Said general election shall be held for the purpose of electing State an,d District officers,
electors for President and Vice-President of the United States members of Co~ngress~ Members
of the Legislatures and all officers who are elective every two years; and
FOR THE FURTHER PURPOSE of electing officers to fill the unexpired terms of offices
vacancies in which have heretofore been filled by appointments as provided in Article 4, Sect-
ion 12 of the Constitution of Texas; and
FOR THE FURTHER PURPOSE OF adopting or rejecting Constitutional Amendments submitted by
the 52nd Legislature of Texas at its Regular Session in 1951.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name and caused the Seal of State to be
affixed at my office in this City of Austin, Texas this the 2nd day of Septembers A, D,, 1952.
