'T'his the 24th day of Septembers A, D. 1952 came on to be examined by the court the
annual report of County School Funds for scholastic year ending August 31, 1952 for the State
Department of Educations prepared by Chas. Schreiner Bank (Uninc.) County Depository of school
funds and it appearing to the court after thorough examination, that same should be approved
as verified by the County Superintendent, Jno. R. Leavell; therefore by motion duly made by
Goff seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, and as verified and audited
by the County Superintendent; and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to forward
a copy of said report to the State Department of Public Education, Austin, Texas and to the
Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville Texas,

BE IT KNU'v~rN THAT I~ Allan Shivers, Governor of the State of 'Texas do hereby order a
Genera]L Election to be held throughout the State of Texas on TUESDAY NEXT AFTER THE FIRST MON-
DAY IN NOVEMBER, A. D. 1952, same being the FOURTH DAY OF NOVEMBER, A. D. 1952; and notice
thereof.' is hereby given to the people as required by Article 24, Chapter 4, of the Election
Code of Texas (Article 4,01 Vernon's Annotated Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas);
and the! County Judge of each county is directed to cause said election to be held at each
precin<:t in the county at such time and for the following purposes:
Sand general election shall be held for the purpose of electing Mate and District officers,
electors for President and Vice-President of the United States members of Congress Members
of the Legislatures and all officers who are elective every two years; and
FOR THE FURTHER PURPOSE of electing officers to fill the unexpired terms of offices,
vacancies in which have heretofore been filled by appointments as provided in Article 4, Sect-
ion 12 of the Constitution of Texas; and
FOR THE FURTHER PURPOSE OF adopting or rejecting Constitutional Amendments submitted by
the 52nd Legislature of Texas at its Regular Session in 1951,

This the 9th day of Octobers A. D. 1952 came on to be considered by the court, they vac-
ancy that now exists in the office of Presiding Judge of Election Precinct 1 and 2 of Kerr
County, Texas, and it appearing to the court that said office should be declared vacant and
that J. C. Beddingfield and Sid McElroy should be appointed as Presiding Judges of said Pre-
cinct #1 and 2 respectively; therefore by motion duly made by Molter seconded by Guthrie,
that J. C. Beddingfield and Sid McElroy be appointed Presiding Judges in Election Precinct #1

and 2, respectively, and the vote having been called with Powell absents said officers be
and are hereby appointed to serve in such capacity.

No, 5766. APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF EMILiE LIMBERG.
This the 9th day of October, A. D. 1952 came on to be examined the claim of Emilie
Limberg~ County Clerk for Travis County for costs of Lunacy of Lucille Bensons and it appear-
ing to the court that said claim should be paid therefore by motion duly made by Goff, se-
conded by Guthrie and the vote being called with Commissioner Powell absent, the vote was
carried and the County Clerk is directed to draw voucher in amount of $36.55 payable to Emilie
Limberg, out of General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

No. 5767. APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF ELMER SWITZER.
This the 9th day of Octobers A. D. 1952 came on to be examined the claim of Elmer Switzer
for sixteen hours use of trucks and it appearing to the court that said claim should be paid;
therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie seconded by Molter and the vote being called with
Commissioner Powell absent, the vote was carried, and the County Clerk is directed to draw
voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of $40,00 payable out of the R & B #4 Fun3
