D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, thee vac- ancy that now exists in the office of Presiding Judge of Election Precinct 1 and 2 of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing to the court that said office should be declared vacant and that J. C. Beddingfield and Sid McElroy should be appointed as Presiding Judges of said Pre- cinct #1 and 2 respectively; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie, that J. C. Beddingfield and Sid McElroy be appointed Presiding Judges in Election Precinct #1 and 2, respectively, and the vote having been called, with Powell absent, said officers be and are hereby appointed to serve in such capacity. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5766. APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF EMILZE LIMBERG. This the 9th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined the claim of Emilie Limberg, County Clerk for Travis County,for costs of Lunacy of Lucille Benson, and it appear- ing to the court that said claim should be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, se- conded by Guthrie and the vote being called with Commissioner Powell absent, the vote wa.s carried and the County Clerk is directed to draw voucher in amount of $36.55 payable to Emilie Limberg, out of General Fund of Kerr County, Texas. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 576.
