This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1952, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby
directed to apportion 'j;7833.21 out of Kerr County Lateral Road Fund to the Commissioners Pre-
cincts as follows, to-wit:

The County Clerk be and is hereby directed to enter such apportionment on his financial ledger

This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last
term of this court, and it appearing to the court that such claims and accounts should be
paid, therefore by Motion made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the
court, that all claims filed against Road & Bridge #1; Road & Bridge #2; Road & Bridge #3i
Road & Bridge #4; FM #1350; Jury Fund, General Fund and Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County be
approved and paid as per claims on file out of the respective funds.

No. 5771. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IN JUSTICE
COURT, PRECINCT #1.
This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Kerr County, Texas, covering
the month of September, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees
collected showing a sum of X247.20 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entit-
ling him to a fee of X63.00 , and it appearing to the court that said report is true and

and correct, that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore
by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by 'the court, that
I said report be approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee
of X63.00 to Judge Storms to-wit: X21.00 payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund and X42.00
out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the report
of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Te:cas, for all fees
and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of September, 1952, in the amount of x$149.67, and it appearing to the court that the
itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be
approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimous-
ly approved by the court.

This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace Precinct #2, of Kerr Count;, Texas, covering
the month of September, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments and jiu~y fees
collected showing a sum of ?695.75 collected and deposited with the County Trf=_asurer, entitling
him to a fee of X24.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct,
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly
made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of '.624.00 to
Judge Pringle to-wit: 18.00 payable out of R & B Fund and ?16.00 payable oui~ of the General
Fund of Kerr County, Texas.

September, A. D. 1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of X803.00 incurred by him in
the conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is
true and correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by
