itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be

ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace Precinct #2, of Kerr Country, Texas, covering
the month of September, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments and j~.m y fees
collected showing a sum of X95.75 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling
him to a fee of X24,00, and it appearing to the court that said report is trite and correct,
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; there ore by motion duly
made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X24.00 to
Judge Pringle to-wit: X8.00 payable out of R & B Fund and X16.00 payable oust of the General
