This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly report of
Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of September, 1952, show-
ing an actual and necessary expense of X76.66 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and
such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff,
and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

This the ~3th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court the :itate
and County Tax Rolls for the year 1952, prepared by E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Col]'~ector
of Kerr County, and it appearing to the court that said rolls were found to be correct and in
proper form and certified and approved by the court as shown by the court's certificate of
approval attached thereto and duly signed by all members of the court in triplicate; therefore

PRECINCT #1.
This the 13th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County, Pre-
cinct #l, showing an aggregate of X155.00 collected for the month of September, 1952, and it
appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that
the City of Kerrville is entitled to the sum of X27.50, being one-half of the collections and
deposits over X100.00; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unan-
imously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed
to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of $27.50, against the General
Fund of Kerr County, payable to the City of Kerrville for their pro rata share of collections
and deposits over X100.00.
