No. 5788. FINAL SETTLEMENT OF 1952 ASSESSING CON.MISSIONS '~tITH TAX ASSESSOR.
This the 14th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, ttie
application of E. H. Nichols, Tax assessor & Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for the balance
of commissions due him in the amount of 161120.36.
And it appearing to the court, that previous advancements made to said Collector were
$500.00 out of the General Fund and $600.00 advanced out of the Road & Bridge Fund,
And it appearing. to the court that said Collector is entitled to $4,440.72 of which the
County pays one-half thereof ,and the balance of $1120.36, should be paid to the fees of office
of said Collector as follows, to-wit:

said Road & Bridge Fund in the advancement of the X600.00 made to the Assessor.
Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by
the Court, that the County Clerk draw a voucher against the County Treasurer payable to E. H.
Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for fees of his office payable as
follows, to-wit:
$84.20 out of the General Fund,
$370.06 cut of the Permanent Improvement Fund,
$333.05 out of the Flood Control Fund, and
$333.05 out of the Farm to Market & Lateral Road Fund'.,
and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to make proper transfer of $118.92 from the
General Fund to the Road & Bridge Fund to take care of the overpayment made when the advance-
went of $600.00 was previously paid to said Collector.

No. 5789. PAYMENT OF ONE-THIRD MACHINERY CONTRACT MADE BY COMMISSIONER PRECINCT #3.
This the 14th day of October, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court they nec-
essity "o apply payment and pay the interest on the original note in the principal sum of
$9,874.80, together with interest thereon to October 14, 1952, in the amount of $602.37, pay-
able to Chas.6chreiner Bank, Uninc., the owner and holder of the machinery contract on@;inally
made by Chas. H. Molter, Commissioner Precinct #3; therefore by motion duly made by Goff',
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be and is
hereby directed to draw voucher against Road & Bridge Precinct #3 in favor of Chas Schreiner
Bank, Uninc., for the payment of $3291.60 together with $602.37 interest and being in tYie
aggregate of $3893.97 to apply on the payment of said machinery contract.
