D. 1952, came on to be considered by 'the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the general election held on November 4th, 1952• Wherefore the court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the 17 election pre- cincts and the Absentee Canvassing Poard box, are of the opinion that said returns after having been opened and canvassed are true and correct and should be approved. Therefore the motion duly made by T?olter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 4, page 9 t hrough 15, inclusive, and as certified thereto by eFCh member of the court, are in all respects approved.
