This the 25th day of October, A. D. 1952, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Goff, and the vote having carried, with Molter and Powell being absent, that all
claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #4 and Lateral Road & Bridge #4, be approved
as follows to-wit: Bob Blevins, $50.00; Elbert Lynch X43.00; Jessie Baker $40.00; W, W. Knox
X55.00; Josh Martin .55.00 and Edward Mogford payable out of Road & Bridge Fund #4; and Elmer
Switzer X524.00, Sam Cade X300.00 John Mogford $44.00 payable out of Lateral. Road & Bridge
#4 Fund, and the County Clerk is hereby directed to draw vouchers payable to each of the above
payable out of the respective funds.

No. 5791. CANVASS AND TAPULATION OF GENERAL ELECTIONS RETURNS.
phis the 10th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by 'the Court the

returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the general election held on November 4th,
1952• Wherefore the court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the 17 election pre-
cincts and the Absentee Canvassing Poard box, are of the opinion that said returns after having
been opened and canvassed are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore the motion duly made by T?olter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by
the court that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 4, page 9 t hrough 15, inclusive,
and as certified thereto by eFCh member of the court, are in all respects approved.
