This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by t:he court the
corrected monthly report of fines, judgments and jury fees, collected for the month of October,
1952, which report is filed to correct and apply for the over amount of deposit made by re-
ceipt No. 4428 issued by the County Treasurer herein, wherein such receipt should have been
in the amount of .?'149.75, instead of '"158.25.
It appearing to the court that this report is correct, in so far as it affects cause No.
12921, entitled State of Texas vs Ken 'Yatanab.e, cove ring a fine ofw1C.00 and cost, on a Game
case and which fine was erroneously deposited by Judge Storms, under prorate receipt number
14428 and was actually due the Game arxi Fish Commission of the State ~' Texas. Wherefore the
court is cd' the opinion that in order to correct the monthly report entered under order No.
5803, it is necessary that this report be accepted and approved es a correction thereof, and a
rebursement oP X8.50 made by the Justice of the Peace Precinct ATO. 1, in order that he may ray
the State r^ish and Game Commission Por the proper amount they are entitled to under said cause
D?o. 12921. Therefore motion duly made by Guthrie, seccnded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court that the correction report for the month of October, 1952, be approved and that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to issue voucher in the amount of X8.50 payable to
Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace Precinct No. 1, drawn on the R & B fund of Kerr County.
