This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, tha report
oP collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all fees
and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for t•he month
of October, 1952, in the amount of x150.44, and it appear~ng to the court that the itemized
resort of collections and deposits as suhmitted, are true and correct and should be el:proved
by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, sea~nded by Powell, and unanimously
approved by the court.

This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly report of
Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, oP Kerr County, Texas, for the month of October, 1952, shaming
an actual and necessary expense of X7$.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office of which
X15.00 was expended for postage. and an approval of an allowance of x''75.00 for and during said
month, for traveling expenses.
It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures should
be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell an3 unanimously
approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

report of Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of all Pines imposed, judgments rendered and jury fees
collected in the Distri ct Clerk's office of said County for the month en ding September 30,
1952, in the amount of X12.00 which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
Treasurer, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be
ap-roved, therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved
by the court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.
