No. 580. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS BY THE SHERIFF.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the report
of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sherif P of Kerr County, Texas, for all fees
and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month
of October, 1952, in the amount of ~15C•44, and it appearing to the court that the itemized
report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct and should be sl:proved
by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously
approved by the court.

No. 5808. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY JUDGE.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly report of
Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of October, 1952, shaving
an actual and necessary expense of X78.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office of which
X15.00 was expended for postage. and an approval of an allowance of „5.00 for and during said ..
month, for traveling expenses.
It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures should
be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell and unanimously
approved by the court for such expenditures therein.
