This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the report
of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all fees
and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month
of October, 1952, in the amount of ~`15C.1,4, and it appearing to the court that the itemized
report of collections and deposits as suhmitted, are true and correct and should be e; proved
by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell, and unanimously
approved by the court.

This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, Dame on to be examined, the monthly report of
Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of October, 1952, showing
an actual and necessary expense of X78.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office of which
X15.00 was expended for postage. and an approval of an allowance of n75.00 for and during said
month, for traveling expenses.
It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures should
be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell and unanimously
approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

the respective funds.

Iv'o. 5815• CONFIRMATIOP7 FOR SALARY AND APPOINTMENT OP' A. L. SCHnCEDER.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by t:he court the
appointment of A. L. Schroeder court reporter for this judicial district by judge Ross Doughty,
which officer hos fixed said reporter's salary for Kerr Countys'prorata part in the amount of
X834.63. It appearing to the court that the monthly payments would amount to •,69.55, and
thst t.?r. Schroeder is entitled to his salary for the month of October, and each month then e-
after, and that said appointment and salary should be confirmed by the court.
Therefore by motion duly .Wade by Gof.`, seconded t,y Gutk.rie, and unanimously approved by
the court, that A. L. Schroeder he paid the sum of "'69.55 out of the General Fund of Kerr
County for his services beF,inning October 1st, 1952, and the Co-,nty Clerk be and is hereby
