appointment of A. L. Schroeder court reporter for this judicial district by Judge Ross Doughty,
wt.ich officer has fixed said reporter's salary for Kerr Countys'prorata part in the amount of
$834.63. It appearing to the court that the monthly payments would amount to •;69.55, and
tht t~s. Schroeder is entitled to his salary for the month of October, and each month then P-
atter, and that said appointment and salary should be confirmed by the court.
