This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by tiae court the
appointment of A. L. Schroeder court reporter for this judicial district by Tud~;e Ross Doughty,
wt.ich officer has fixed said reporter's salary for Kerr Countys'prorata part in the amount of
X834.63. It acpearing to the court that the monthly payments would amount to •69.55, and
tht t?r. Schroeder is entitled to his salary for the month of October, and each month then e-
after, and that said appointment and salary should be confirmed by the court.
Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded t,y Cuthrie, and unanimously approved by
the court, that A. L. Schroeder he paid the sum of '."-,'F~9.55 out of the General Fund of Kerr
County for his services beginning October 1st, 1952, and the Co_,nty Clerk be and is hereby
