said officer is entitled to said maximum for his chief deputy, and that same should be approved.

the court, that the maximum salary for the chief deputy County Clerk for the year 1952, be fixed

presented by Johnnie Hill of the Hill Country Construction Company, being in compliance with
an agreement heretofore entered into between this court and said Hill Country Construction
Company, for the base and topping of various property owners' entrances. It appearing to the
court that the aggregate claim is in the amount of `2303.!+0 against the Kerrville-Ingram R.
& P. R. ~"!. Highway No. 27, and X45.00 out of R. & P. ~}1, for 9 hours work performed on F. Pet.
783. The aforementioned claims against Kerrville-Ingram R. & fl. R. ". Highway No. 27, are
to the benefit of the property owners along said right-of-way made in lieu for payment of said
land used for said right-of-way. Now therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by
Molter, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed
to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in the amount of ~2303.4G, payable to Hill
Country Construction Company out of Kerrville-Ingram R. & P. R. 6Y. Highway No. 27, covering
the following base and topping, performed to each owner as follows, to-wit:
