This the 13th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, a claim
presented by Johnnie Hill of the Hill Country Construction Company, being in co.-npliance with
an agreement heretofore entered into between this court and said Hill Country Construction
Company, for the base and topping of various property owners' entrances. It appearing to the
court that the aggregate claim is in the amount of X2303./+0 against the Kerrville-Ingram R.
& B. R. "!. Highway No. 27, and X45.00 out of R. & R. {jl, for 9 hours work performed on F. b1.
783. The aforementioned claims aa~ainst Kerrville-Ingram R. & F. R. ". Highway No. 27, are
to the benefit of the property owners along said right-of-~vay made in lieu for payment of said
land used for said right-of-way. Now therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by
h?olter, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed
to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in the amount of X2303.40, payable to Hill
Country Construction Company out of Kerrville-Ingram R. & P. R. 6"7. Highway No. 27, covering
the following base and topping, performed to each owner as follows, to-wit:
1. K.E.V.T. (Radio Station) 1431 yds. at 60c ~858.6U
2. Mountain View Lodges 1043 yds. 625.80
3. Kozy Cottages 636 yds. 381.60
4. Graham's .Filling Station 729 yds. 437.40
An additional voucher in the amount of X45.00 payable to the said Hill Country Construction
Company to cover 9 hours roller work at w5.00 per hour, performed on F. N?. 783. Said payments
being in full and final settlement with said contractor and property owners. ,...
