D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, a claim presented by Johnnie Hill of the Hill Country Construction Company, being in co.-npliance with an agreement heretofore entered into between this court and said Hill Country Construction Company, for the base and topping of various property owners' entrances. It appearing to the court that the aggregate claim is in the amount of X2303./+0 against the Kerrville-Ingram R. & B. R. "!. Highway No. 27, and X45.00 out of R. & R. {jl, for 9 hours work performed on F. b1. 783. The aforementioned claims aa~ainst Kerrville-Ingram R. & F. R. ". Highway No. 27, are to the benefit of the property owners along said right-of-~vay made in lieu for payment of said land used for said right-of-way.
