said officer is entitled to said maximum for his chief deputy, and that same should be approved.
Therefore by motion du~y made by Molter, seconded by GutP•.rie and unanimously app roved by
the court, that the maximum salary for the chief deputy County Clerk for the year 1952, be fixed
and approved at ~2700.~0 per annum.

This the 13th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, a claim
presented by Johnnie Hill of the Hill Country Construction Company, being in compliance with
an agreement heretofore entered into between this court and said Hill Country Construction
Company, for the base and topping of various property owners' entrances. It appearing to the
court that the aggregate claim is in the amount of X2303.40 against the Kerrville-Ingram R.
& I1. R. ~',~. Highway No. 27, and X45.00 out of R. & P. ~1, for 9 hours work performed on F. P~1.
783. The aforementioned claims against Kerrville-Ingram R. & fl. k. °. HiE,hway No. 27, are
to the benefit of the property owners along said right-of-~vay made in lieu Por payment of said
land used for said right-of-way. Now there°or.e by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by
P~".olter, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed
to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in the amount of X2303.40, payable to Hill
Country Construction Company out of Kerrville-InCram R. & P. R. '."d. Highway No. 27, covering
the following base and to~~ping, performed to each owner as follows, to-wit:
1. K.E.V.T. (Rad;o Station) 1431 yds. at 60c ~858.6C
2. Mountain View Lodges 1043 yds.
3. Kozy Cottages 636 yds.
