This the 13th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the co urt, a claim
presented by Johnnie Hill of the Hill Country Construction Company, being in compliance with
an agreement heretofore entered into between this court and said Hill Country Construction
Company, for the base and topping of various property owners' entrances. It appearing to the
court that the aggregate claim is in the amount of °2303./+0 against the Kerrville-Ingram R.
& R. R. ~'!. Highway No. 27, and X45.00 out of R. & P. ~/l, for 9 hours work performed on F. Tr1.
753. The aforementioned claims against Kerrville-Ingram R. & fl. R. ". Highway No. 27, are
to the benefit of the property owners along said right-of-way made in lieu for payment of said
land used for said right-of-way. Now therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by
Molter, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed
to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in the amount of ~2303.4G, payable to Hill
Country Construction Company out of Kerrville-Ingram R. & B. R. PJ. Highway No. 27, covering
the following base and topping, performed to each owner as Follows, to-wit:

This the i3th day of November, A. D.1952, came on to be considered by the court the desire
of Rose Norris for assistance to two minor children namely, Robert King age 7, and Willie
King age 9, which are in dire need of necessities in life. It appearing to the court that said
children are without a proper parent or guardian end that Mrs. Rose Norris, has been kind
enough to take care of said children for a period of time; that she expects to care for said
children for the additional months of November and Dec amber, 1952, and that she sho~;ld be
entitled to X5.00 per month for each child. Therefore motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, anii is hereby directed
to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of X10.00 payablf; to Rose Norris
for the month of November, 1952, and an additional. payment in the amount of ~10,C0 to be paid
