D.1952, came on to be considered by the court the desire of Rose Norris for assistance to two minor children namely, Robert King age 7, and PTillie King age 9, which are in dire need of necessities in life. It appearing to the court that said children are without a proper parent or guardian and that Mrs. Rose Norris, has been kind enough to take care of said children for a period of time; that she expects to care for said children for the additional months of November and December, 1952, and that she sho~,ld be entitled to x5.00 per month for each child.
