This the 13th day of November, A. D.1952, came on to be considered by the court the desire
of Rose Norris for assistance to two minor children namely, Robert King a€e 7, and 'Millie
King age 9, which are in dire need of necessities in life. It appearing to the court that said
children are without a proper parent or guardian and that Mrs. Rose Norris, has been kind
enough to take care of s~.id children for a period of time; that she expects to care for said
children for the additional months of November and December, 1952, and that ;;he sho,;ld be
entitled to w5.00 per month for each child. Therefore notion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed
to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of .~-~10.00 payablc; to Rose Norris
for the month of November, 1952, and an additional payment in the amount of ."10.00 to be paid
on December 13`h, 1952 for said month of December, Por the support of said two minor children.

This the 13th day of November, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly report of
Sames F.. P7ugent, County Attorney of Kerr county, Texas, for the month of October, 1952, showing
an actual and necessary expense of YF11.90 incurred by hi:i in the conduct of his office during
said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and corra:ct and such ex-
penditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie seconded by Goff and
unanimously approved by the court.
