No. 5827. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 8th day of December, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the coast the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts, since the last time of
this court, and it appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against Road and
Bridge No. 1; Road and Pridge No. 2; Road and Bridge No. 3; Road and Bridge No. 4; General Fund;
Road and Aridge Fund; Kerrville and Ingram Road and Bridge Hightrof-Way Fund, Highway No. 27;
Road and Bridge Right-of-way Fund FM 1338, be approved for payment. Therefore motion duly madŽ
by Goff, seconded by Molter, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be,
and is hereby directed to draw voucher on the County Treasurer, for the respective amounts of
each bill filed against the respective funds in payment thereof.
The weekly pay roll vouchers issued by the County Clerk as per Commissioner Court order
No. 5800, dated November 12th, 1952, be and is hereby approved and confirmed, and the County
Clerk be, and is hereby directed t o keep such sworn affidavit on file in his office.
