This the 8th day of December, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts, since the last time oP
this court, and it appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against Road and
Bridge No. 1; Road and Bridge No. 2; Road and Bridge No. 3; Road and Fridge No. 4; General Fund;
Road and Aridge Fund; Kerrville and Zngram Road and Bridge Right-of-Vlay Fund, Highway No. 27;
Road and Bridge Right-of-way Fund FM 1338, be approved for payment. Therefore motion duly mad®
by Goff, seconded by Molter, and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be,
and is hereby directed to draw voucher on the County Treasurer, for the respective amounts of
each bill filed against the respective funds in payment thereof.
The weekly pay roll vouchers issued by the County Clerk as per Commissioner Court order
No. 5800, dated November 12th, 1952, be and is hereby approved and confirmed, and the County
Clerk be, and is hereby directed to keep such sworn affidavit on file in his office.

No. 5828. AFPRCVAL OF FAYMENT OF ~p52.00 CLERK. SIXTH ADi~7INISTRATIVE JUDICIAL DISTRICT.
This the 8th day of December, A. D., 19`>2, came on to be considered by the court, the
statement presented by the Sixth Administrative Judicial District, in the amount of ~P52.00.
It appearing to the court that the arnourrt of ;$52.00 is fixed by the judge of the Sixth Ad-
ministrative Judicial District for the necessary expense of this district as per Section 9, of

Article No. 200A, Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, and that this amount should
be paid to Emma Stewart, Clerk of the Sixth Administrative Judicial District, Del Rio, Texas.

No. 5829. APPROVAL OF PAvMIIuT OF X97.43 IN PRO RATA COST OF DEFENDING LAW SUIT, (Commonly
known as Grimes County Suit).
This the 8th day of December A. D., 1952, came on to be considered by the court the
application of the chairman of the Executive Committee for defense of the Grimes County Suit,
entitled "Guy E. Foster, et al. vs. Emory Bay, et al.". It anpe~+ring to they court that a
great number of counties have subritted their prorate expenses figured and calculated on the
basis of .;10.00 per million of the County valuation, payable on the 1950 Ad Valorem taxes.
"Therefore the court is of the opinion that Kerr County should pay .j97.43 to the presiding
-- judge of said committee, namely Jack Harrison of Prazoria County, to be drawn on the General
rund of Kerr County. Therefore motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously
approved by the court that Kerr County pay the sum of ~i97.43 to Jack Harrison, County Judge of
Brazoria County, Texas payable out of the General rhnd of Kerr County, after voucher having
been duly made by the County Clerk, drawn on the County Treasurer.

him to a fee of X69.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct,
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion

and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
