be paid to Emma Stewart, Clerk of the Sixth Administrative Judicial District, Del Rio, Texas.
Therefore motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously apiu'oved by the
court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher in the amount of
X52.00 on the County Treasurer payable to Emma Stewart, Clerk of the Sixth Administrative
Judicial District out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

known as Grimes County Suitj.
This the 8th day of December A. D., 1952, came on to be considered by the court the
application of the chairman of the Executive Committee for defense of the Grimes County Suit,
entitled "Guy E. Foster, et sl. vs. Emory Pay, et al.". It appearing to the court that a
great number oP counties have submitted their prorate expenses figured and calculated on the
basis of :;10.00 per million of the County valuation, payoble on the 1950 Ad Valorem taxes.
~':'herefore the court is of the opinion that Kerr County should pay w97.43 to the presiding
^ judge of said committee, namely Jack Harrison of Prazoria County, to be drawn on the General
Fund of Kerr County. Therefore motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously
approved by the court that Kerr County pay the sum of :~97.L,3 to Jack Harrison, County Judge of
Rrazoria County, Texas payable out of the General blznd of Kerr County, after voucher having
been duly made by the County Clerk, drawn on the County Treasurer.

collected showing a sum of $118.35 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer entitling
him to a fee of :69.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct,
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should bŪ paid; therefore by motion

and mileage Pees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said off ice for the
