This the 8th day of December A. D., 1952, came on to be considered by the court the
application of the chairman of the Executive Committee for defense of the Grimes County Suit,
entitled "Guy E. Foster, et al, vs. Emory Bay, et al.". It anpez,ring to the court that a
great number of counties have sutunitted their prorata expenses figured and calculated on the
basis of .10.00 per million of the County valuation, payable on the 1950 Ad Valorem taxes.
`+?he^efore the court is of the opinion that Kerr County should pay ti~97.43 to the presiding
~- judge of said committee, namely Jack Harrison of Brazoria County, to be drawn on the General
Fund of Kerr County. Therefore motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously
approved by the court that Kerr County pay the sum of vi97.43 to Jack Harrison, County Judge of
Prazoria County, Texas payat~le out of the General Fund of Kerr County, after voucher having
been duly made by the County Clerk, drawn on the County Treasurer.

to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City
of Kerrville, should be billed Por one-half of th® deficit between X70.50 and X100.00 oi° which
would be in the amount of x'14.75 due Karr County. Therefore by motion duly mad® by Powell,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half oi' the
deficit between w70.50 and X100.00 which is "14.75 for the city's prorate part, and that such
amount when collected should be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County.
