to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City
of Kerrville, should be billed Por one-half of the deficit between X70.50 and X100.00 0]° which
would be in the amount of :14.75 ;:us Karr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approvedl and
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville Por one-half oi° the
deficit between ,~7G.50 and X100.00 which is "14.75 for the city's prorate part, and that such
amount when collected should be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County.
