of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and
correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Powe:Ll,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Nilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County, Precinct
#1, showing en aggregate of X70.50 collected for the month oP November, 1952, and it appearing
to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the City
of Kerrville, should 6a billed for one-half of the deficit between ~7U.5U and X100.00 0]° which
would be in the amount of :14.75 due Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly mad® by Powell,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrville for one-half oi.' the
deficit between w7G.50 and X100.00 which is ~C1k.75 for th® city's prorate part, and that such
amount when collected should be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County.
