A. D. 1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of X881.25, incurred by him in the conduct
of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and
correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Powell,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

This the 8th day of December A. D., 1952, came on to be considered by the court, tho
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert (Nilson, Public Weigher, Kerr Count;r, Precinct
#1, showing an aggregate of X70.50 collected for the month of November, 1952, and it appearing
to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved and that the C:Lty
of Kerrville, should be billed for one-half of th® deficit between X70.50 and X100.00 of which
would be in the amount of x'14.75 due Karr County. Therefore by motion duly mad® by Powell,
seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approvedt and
th® County Clerk be and is hereby directed to bill the City of Kerrvill® Por one-half oi' the
deficit between u70.50 and X100.00 which is 4011+.75 for the city's prorate part, and that such
amount when collected should be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County.
