This the 9th day of December, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr Gounty General Fund and Road &, Pridge No. 4, filed since Decem-
ber 9th, 1952, It appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against such fund
should be approved for payment. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell,
(with Iv;olter absent) the vote having been carried, such bills were ordered approved for payment
out of the respective funds as filed therein.
