all officers should appear with their official bonds for approval before the Commissioners Court

uary 2nd, 1953, at 8:00 o'clock A. hi. at which time such bonds will be considered for approval
before such officers be authorized to qualify.

and accounts filed against Kerr County General Fund and Road &. fridge No. 4, filed since: Decem-
bar 9th, 19;2. It appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against such fund
should be approved for payment. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell,
(with Iv:olter absent) the vote having peen carried, such bills were ordered approved for payment
out of the respective funds as filed therein.
