all officers should appear with their official bonds for approval before the Commissioners Court ~

Guthrie and unanimously approved and so ordered by the court that all public officers bonds
for 1953-54 term be fixed as indicated herein and that such officers should present their
official bonds in a like amounts, and appear with same before the Commissioners Court on Jan-
uary 2nd, 1953, at 8:00 o'clock A. M. at which time such bonds will be considered for approval
before such officers be authorized to qualify.

No. 5843. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS:
This the 9th day of December, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County General Fund and Road & Pridge No. 4, filed since Decem-
ber 9th, 1952. It appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against such fund
should be approved for payment. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell,
(with Tv:olter absent) the vote having Kean carried, such bills were ordered approved for payment
out of the respective funds as filed therein.
