bar 9th, 1952. It appearing to the court that the claims and accounts filed against such fund
should be approved for payment. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell,

for the ensuing term of 1953-54. It appearing to the court that the State Pond in the amount

State Band should be mailed by the County Clerk to the Comptroller of Public Accounts for
approval. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approv-
ed by the court that such bonds be approved in their respective amounts and the Tax Collector
should qualify by taking his oath of office and the County Clerk he, and he is hereby directed
to mail the official State Pond to the Comptroller of Public Accounts for the State Comptrollers
approval.

seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved that the construction of farm to market No. 1273,
(commonly known as the Upper Turtle Creek Road) be deferred to a later program for reason t het
change in ownership rendered right-of-way difficult and expensive to secure, and that the State

to the court that said traveling expenses should be approved and confirmed for the year 1951,
therefore motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
court that said report be approved and filed with the County Clerk.
