for the ensuing term of 1953-54. It appearing to the court that the State Bond in the amount
of X4000.00 and the County Bond in the amount of ~C6000.00 should be approved,, and that the
State Band should be mailed by the County Clerk to the Comptroller of Public Accounts for
approval. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approv-
ed by the court that such bonds be approved in their respective amounts and the Tax Collector
should qualify by taking his oath of office and the County Clerk be, and he 'is hereby directed
to mail the official State Bond to the Comptroller of Public Accounts for the State Comptrollers
approval.

No. 5846. UPPER TURTLE CREEK FARM TO MARKET 1273 PROJECT DEFERRED.
This the 9th day of December, A. D. 1952, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie,
seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved that the construction of farm to market No. 1273,
(commonly known as the Unper Turtle Creek Road) be deferred to a later program for reason that
change in ownership rendered right-of-way difficult and expensive to secure, and that the State
Highway Commission is requested to substitute some other project in Kerr Cowzty for construction
in the current program.

This the 9th day of December A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the Court, by Jno.
R. Leavell, County JudE~e, his 1951 traveling expense in the amount of480.00. It appearing
to the court that said traveling expenses should be approved and confirmed for the year 1951,
therefore motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
court that said report be approved and filed with the County Clerk.

of Humble Oil and Refining Company in the amount of X22.50 against Road and ~jridge Precinct No.
1; and R. R. Bowden, in the amount of $56.99, against Road and Aridge No. 1, and claim oP
Louis Strohacker in the amount of •1.00 against General Fund oP Kerr County. It appearing to
the coccrt that said claims are just and should be approved. Therefore by motion duly made by
Molter, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the cart for payment out of the res-
pective funds.
