This agreement is entered into by the State Department of Public Welfare and by The County of Kerr, Texas, hereafter referred to as the Political Subdivision, in order to make Old-Age and Survivors Insurance coverage effective for employees of the Political Subdivision. 2. Poth parties agree to undertake the respective liabilities and responsibilities; auth- orized and provided by H. P. 603, Acts 52nd Legislature, Regualr Session, and by the Federal Social Security Act (as they now are and may from time to time be amended), and that they are a part of this agreement. 3. The Political Subdivision agrees that the provisions of Bulletin 2, Application. and Agreement, (as it now is and may from time to time be amended) promulgated by the State Depart- ment of Public Welfare, ar? a part of this agreement. 4. The Political Subdivision agrees to cover all employees of the Political Subdivision, except those performing services specifically excluded by law and those performing services listed below. 1. On motion by Commissioner L. &1. Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner V. D. Powell, that the County of Kerr enter into all necessary agreements with the State Department of Public Welfare in order that the provisions of house Bill 603, Acts 52nd Leg., R. S. 1951 and Public Law 734, 81st Congress, ch. 809; 2d, H. R. 6000, be carried out, and such motion having been placed to a vote Commissioner Lee Goff, voted in favor with Commissioner Chas.
