Sufficient plumbing to provide adequate toilet Facilities for approx:imetely 150 people. ~~~ 2. Sufficient heating equipment to maintain working conditions in the large hanger sit- uated in the Louis Schreiner Airport. --, 3. To make improvements and extensions to the existing water and electrical supply necessary for the operation of the Mooney Aircraft Corporation. 4. To execute a lease on the large hangar at the Louis Schreiner Airport to the ]looney Aircraft Company, said lease to be for a period of five years at X200.00 per month. 5. To execute a fifty year lease on twenty acres of land immediately adjacent to nor a part of the present airport for the sum of one Dollar per year. 6.
