It is hereby ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the County of Kerr enter into all nec-
essary agreements with the State Department of Public Welfare for the purpose of carrying out
the provisions of the above mentioned acts.
The Hon. Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, is hereby appointed as Agent oP such county to
execute all necessary agreements and instruments for and in behalf of the County.
It is further ordered that a sufficient sum of money be allocated and set aside Prom the
fund
proper/of which X179.61 transferred from General Fund; X2.09 from Jury Fund sand $63.78 from
Road & Bridge Fund and to be known as the County of Kerr Social Security Fwnd for the pur-
pose of carrying out the provisions of the above mentioned acts. Such Social Security Fund
shall be set aside and maintained in the County Depository.

SCHREINER AIRPORT.
This the 12th day of December, A. D. 1952, after motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
N~olter, and unanimously approved by the court that the following resolution be entered and
executed as ro~LOws to-wit:
KERB COUNTY CONPJIISSIONERS' COURT RESOLUTION:
Pe it resolved that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County shall go on record as
approving expenditure of not more than X7,500.00 for the alteration and improvement oP the
Louis Schreiner Airport, said funds being fifty (50) per cent of the money necessary to make
those improvements as hereinafter set out; it being understood that the City of Kerrville will
provide the other necessary fifty (50) per cent of the money needed;
1. Sufficient plumbing to provide adequate toilet Facilities for approx:imetely 150
people.

2. Sufficient heating equipment to maintain working conditions in the large hanger sit-
uated in the Louis Schreiner Airport.

3. To make improvements and extensions to the existing water and electrical supply
necessary for the operation of the Mooney Aircraft Corporation.
4. To execute a lease on the large hangar at the Louis Schreiner Airport to the ]looney
Aircraft Company, said lease to be for a period of five years at X200.00 per month.
5. To execute a fifty year lease on twenty acres of land immediately adjacent to nor a
part of the present airport for the sum of one Dollar per year.
6. To provide the Mooney Aircraft Company with office space now existing at the Louis
Schreiner Airport and known as the Administration Building.

IN DISTRICT COURT.
This the 22nd day of December, A. D., 1952, came on to be considered by the court;, the
signed order by Ross E. Doughty, District Judge, directing that Robert I. Plilson be entitled
to X10.00 for each criminal case as defending attorney in District Court. It appearing; to
the court that Judge Doughty reports that said attorney represented four defendants in Causes
No. 1960, 1961, 1962, and 1963, and that he is entitled to ~p40.00 payable out of the General
Fund, of Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and un-
animously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw
voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of X40.00 payable out of the General Fund
to Robert I. V?ilson, attorney, in representation of the defendants in the four numbered and
entitled causes in District Court of Kerr County, Texas.
