uated in the Louis Schreiner Airport.

necessary for the operation of the Mooney Aircraft Corporation.
4. To execute a lease on the large hangar at the Louis Schreiner Airport to the ]!looney
Aircraft Company, said lease to be for a period of five years at X200.00 per month.
5. To execute a fifty year lease on twenty acres of land immediately adjacent to nor a
part of the present airport Por the sum of one Dollar per year.
6. To provide the Mooney Aircraft Company with office space now existing at the Louis
Schreiner Airport and known as the Administration Puilding.

IN DISTRICT COURT.
This the 22nd day of December, A. D., 1952, came on to be considered by the court„ the
signed order by Ross E. Doughty, District Judge, directing that Robert I. ~^7ilson be entitled
to X10.00 for each criminal case as defending attorney in District Court. It appearing; to
the court that Judge Doughty reports that said attorney represented four defendants in Causes
No. 1960, 1961, 1962, and 1963, and that he is entitled to ~p4.0.00 payable out of the General
Fund, of Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and un-
animously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw
voucher a~*ainst the County Treasurer in the amount of X40.00 payable out of the General Fund
to Robert I. Wilson, attorney, in representation of the defendants in the four numbered and

the weekly pay roll of the laborers for the weeks of December 20th and 27th as per sworn
affidavit filed with the County Clerk. It appearing to the court that said claims and accounts

approved by the court and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against
the County Treasurer in like amounts payable out of respective funds to the parties entitled

months of October and November, 1952, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State

Clerk as to his examination of said report and stubs, and as to the correctness as to names,
dates and amounts on each, and it appearing to the court that said report, together with taz
receipt stubs, filed herein, are correct; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded
