affidavit filed with the County Clerk. It appearing to the court that said claims and accounts
~~ filed against each fund should be paid, and that a confirmation should be entered on the week-
ly payroll. Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously
approved by the court and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against
the County Treasurer in like amounts payable out of respective funds to the parties entitled
thereto and the labor bills be confirmed as paid, for the weeks ending December 20th and 27th,
1952.

No. 5653. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY AND ANNUAL REPORT OF THE COUNTY AGENT.
This the 29th day of December, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court the month-
ly and annual report of Guy Powell, County Agent, Kerr County, Texas, covering his services
for the month of November 1952, and the annual report Por the period ending November 30th,
1952. And it appearing to the court that said reports should be approved. Therefore by mo-
tion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the court, and ordered

BER.
This the 29th day of December, A. D., 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the
itemized monthly report and tax receipts of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector, Por the
months of October and November, 1952, show ing the disposition of all monies owed to the State
and County, collected by him during said months, with a certificate of audit by the County
Clerk as to his examination of said report and stubs, and as to the correctness as to names,
dates and amounts on each, and it appearing to the court that said report, together with tax
receipt stubs, filed herein, are correct; therefore by motion duly mane by Guthrie, seconded
by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, and as audited by the County Clerk.
